The 41st annual lighted boat parade travels from south of the Biloxi Lighthouse east to Point Cadet, capped by a fireworks display over the Sound. Best viewing is from the Biloxi Lighthouse to Point Cadet, with the center of action from the Small Craft Harbor to Oak Street.
